  • Only server administrators or moderators with permission to manage channels need to set up the bot. Once installed, it runs automatically in the background—no ongoing management needed.

  • Each server requires its own subscription. If you manage multiple servers, you’ll need a separate $5/month plan for each one.

  • If you cancel your subscription, you’ll lose access to the Video Activity Tracker bot, all premium features, and the private Discord support server, at the end of your billing cycle. You can resubscribe at any time to restore access. You’ll be issued a new license key after subscribing again.
